At any time, when you contact us or use services related to "Trace Wisdom," we may request you to provide personal information. We strictly collect, use, store, protect, and share this information according to this Privacy Policy to improve our products, services, content, and advertising. Where necessary, you have the right to refuse to provide the personal information we request; this Privacy Policy is closely related to the "Trace Wisdom" services you use. 1. What personal information we may collect

In many cases, if you choose not to provide the requested personal information, "Trace Wisdom" may not be able to provide you with some or all of the products or services, or may not achieve the intended effects of the relevant services; at the same time, we may not be able to respond to the issues you encounter.

1.2.1 Information you provide: including but not limited to your nickname, avatar, gender, and email information; among these, email information is considered sensitive personal information.
1.2.2 Other information we obtain from you: To provide you with page displays and search results that better match your needs, understand product compatibility, and identify abnormal account status, we collect information about your use of our services and how you use them and associate this information. This information includes, but is not limited to, your mobile device, the version your device uses, device identifiers, location information, and more.
1.2.3 Our app provides an account deletion feature that does not require manual review and takes effect immediately. If you wish to delete all personal account information on the Zongrui APP, you can go to "Me" - click "Account" - "Account Settings" - "Delete Account." Once you confirm account deletion, your personal information will be deleted and will not be retained. Once personal information is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all information will be deleted together, so please proceed with caution.
2. Information We Collect and Use
To provide you with core security services, we will, with your consent, collect the following types of information:
2.1 To realize core functionalities such as real-time location display, trajectory playback, and rapid positioning in emergencies, we need to obtain your location information:
Permissions Used:
Precise location permission: Obtain hybrid location information from GPS, cell towers, Wi-Fi, etc., to provide high-precision location services.
Approximate location permission: Provide approximate location information based on cell towers or Wi-Fi when network or GPS signals are weak.
Background location permission: Continuously obtain location information while the app runs in the background to ensure uninterrupted security monitoring.
Foreground service location permission: Run location services in the foreground with a persistent notification to ensure stable collection of location data.
Collection method: Obtained through the device's own location functions (GPS, network location).
2.2 In order to enable Bluetooth functionality, search and pair with nearby devices, and establish and communicate via a Bluetooth connection between the phone and the device, we need to access your device and Bluetooth information:
Data collected: MAC address of Bluetooth devices, name, signal strength (RSSI), device type, service UUID, and specific data broadcasted by the device.
2.3 To ensure basic network communication for the app, perform troubleshooting, optimize service performance, and identify abnormal account logins, we need your device and network information:
Data collected: device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (such as Android ID), IP address, network type, and service provider information.
2.4 To scan QR codes and quickly add and bind devices, we need to access your camera information.
2.5 To display alarm information in the app's "Alarm Information" section and ensure the app can automatically run necessary monitoring services when specific device events are triggered, we need your notification and auto-start information.
2.6 Before using the services we provide, you need to create an account on "Zongrui" and complete your personal profile to ensure the applicability and security of the services we provide. We will collect the following information you actively provide:
2.6.1 You need to provide your email information to register and log in on the "Zongrui" page. This allows us to identify your network membership on "Zongrui" and provide our services to you. If you refuse to provide your email information, we will not be able to create an account or provide services.
2.6.2 You need to provide, but are not limited to, your nickname, profile picture, gender, and other information to enjoy more services and benefits on "Zongrui".
2.6.3 In the process of using such services, we will collect (including the information provided by you and the information recorded by the system) and necessary personal information, share them with the third party that provides service support with your consent, and indirectly obtain relevant information about your use of the service from the third party. If you refuse to allow us to collect and share such information, you will not be able to use the corresponding third-party services.
2.6.4 The privacy protection policy of the third party will apply to the personal information you provide directly to the third party when you use the third-party services through "Trace", or the personal information you authorize us to share with the third party. When you view web pages created by third parties or use applications developed by third parties, these third parties may place their own cookies or pixel tags, which are not under our control and their use is not subject to this policy. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to require these entities to take measures to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee that these subjects will comply with our requests. 3. User rights and responsibilities
3.1 Only individuals and organizations that meet one of the following conditions can apply to become users of the Trail Platform and use the services under this Agreement:
3.1.1 A natural person who is at least 18 years old and has the capacity for civil rights and civil conduct;
3.1.2 A natural person under the age of 18 with the written consent of a guardian (including but not limited to parents);
3.1.3 Companies and other legal persons, public institutions, associations and other organizations established and legally established in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. If a person without civil capacity, a person with limited civil capacity, or an organization without business or specific business qualifications is improperly registered as a user, the agreement between the user and the Company is invalid from the beginning, and the Company has the right to cancel the user immediately upon discovery.
3.2 Users have the right to use the network services provided by the Platform to members in accordance with the procedures and requirements stipulated by the Tracker Platform, and if the Member has any objections to the service, they can contact the Tracker Platform for timely resolution.
3.3 When applying for the use of the network services of the Trace Platform, users must provide accurate personal information to the Tracker Platform and update their personal data in a timely manner if there are any changes to their personal information.
3.4 Users must agree to receive relevant commercial information from the Zongrui platform via email or other means.
3.5 When using the services of the Zongrui platform, users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and must not use the services for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
3.5.1 Creating, copying, publishing, spreading, or otherwise transmitting information that contains any of the following:
· Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
· Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
· Damaging national honor and interests;
· Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
· Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults, or feudal superstitions;
· Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or disrupting social stability;
· Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, terroristic, or criminally inciting content;
· Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights of others;
· Inciting illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, or assembling to disrupt social order;
· Acting under the name of an illegal civil organization;
· Containing false, harmful, coercive, invasive of privacy, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally offensive content;
· Containing other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or any legally effective norms.
3.5.2 Users must not use Zongrui services to engage in the following activities:
· Accessing computer information networks or using computer network resources without permission;
· Deleting, modifying, or adding computer network functions without permission;
· Deleting, modifying, or adding data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
· Deliberately creating or spreading computer viruses or other destructive programs;
· Other activities that endanger the security of computer information networks.
3.6 If a user violates this agreement or the relevant service terms, resulting in any third-party claims, demands, or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, you agree to compensate the Zongrui platform and its partners and affiliates, and hold them harmless. In response, the Zongrui platform has the right, depending on the nature of the user's actions, to take measures including but not limited to deleting the user's posted content, suspending the license, terminating services, restricting use, reclaiming Zongrui platform accounts, and pursuing legal liability. For maliciously registering Zongrui platform accounts or using Zongrui platform accounts for illegal activities, disruption, harassment, deception, or other behavior that violates this agreement, the Zongrui platform has the right to reclaim the accounts. Additionally, the company will assist investigations as required by judicial authorities.
3.7 Users must not copy, duplicate, sell, resell, or use any part of the Zongrui platform by any means for any other commercial purposes.
3.8 Users are legally responsible for their actions while using Zongrui platform services. Legal responsibilities may include but are not limited to compensating those harmed and reimbursing the Zongrui platform operators equally if the operator initially bears administrative penalties or liability for damages caused by the user's actions.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The Zongrui Platform website and any related software, programs, or content used on the website, including but not limited to works, images, files, documents, website structure, website layout, webpage design, and advertisements or information presented to users via this website or advertisers, are legally protected intellectual property owned by our company or other rights holders. These rights include but are not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, or other exclusive rights and are protected by applicable law. Without the express authorization of our company or the rights holder, users shall not modify, rent, lend, sell, distribute any of the above materials and resources used on the website, or create any items based on these materials and resources.
4.2 Our company grants users a non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the target code (hereinafter referred to as the "software") of this website via a personal computer, but users shall not, and shall not allow any third party to, copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to decrypt the source code, sell, transfer, sublicense, or in any way transfer any rights to the software. Users agree not to modify the software in any way or use modified software.
4.3 The Zongrui Platform has the right to display copyright information such as "This function is provided by the Zongrui Platform" on all functional interfaces provided by the platform.
4.4 Users shall not access this website through interfaces not provided by the Zongrui Platform.
5. Other
5.1 Neither party shall be held liable if the performance of this agreement becomes impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless due to force majeure or other accidental events. The term force majeure in this agreement refers to objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome, including but not limited to war, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes or earthquakes, strikes, riots, statutory diseases, hacking attacks, network viruses, technical controls by telecommunications authorities, government actions, or any other natural or man-made disasters.
5.2 The validity, performance, and all matters related to the effectiveness of these terms and their revisions shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any disputes shall be subject solely to Chinese law.
5.3 Any disputes or disagreements arising between users and our company from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or disagreement to the people's court with jurisdiction over the company's place of residence for litigation.
5.4 Once the user correctly submits the required information for the registration process and confirms this agreement, this agreement is established and becomes effective between the Zongrui platform and the user.
5.5 Registered users before the effective date of this agreement only need to log in to the Zongrui platform website with their original username and password to re-accept and confirm this agreement, and they can continue to use the services of the Zongrui platform.
5.6 Agreement validity: From the moment the user agrees to this agreement or starts using the Zongrui platform until the user cancels the Zongrui platform service.
5.7 Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, the parties shall use email to communicate regarding matters related to this agreement.
5.8 The email addresses of the relevant departments of the Zongrui platform shall be those indicated on the official Zongrui platform website.
5.9 Using the Zongrui platform indicates acceptance of the Zongrui Platform Service Agreement and all its attachments.
5.10 Zongrui platform reserves the final right of interpretation of this agreement.
